If there was a zero. If rate them that. How do you **** people of their hard earned money like this. And the greed of wanting additional money over and above the product you know full well you have no intention of delivering. Ordered an undercounter fridge and soon received an email demanding R6700 for d3livery insurance

We ordered and fully paid for a stove on the 20th August 2026. We were promised delivery on the following day due to renovations being done to our kitchen. We then received an e-mail from the delivering courier demanding payment of a "refundable" courier fee of R6,756 before the stove can be delivered. We contacted Javed who confirmed that their courier does not charge delivery cost. The stove was never received and after various requests for a refund, we are ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ENTITY.

I ordered on16july and EFT. Asked 21 July for update on my order and they reply order will be delivered tomorrow. On 24 July I email again and WhatsApp . Answer I will confirm now. Still waiting for the now?
