Painful & Costly Experience

Very poor service as well as the product received. I purchased a Nissan 370Z transmission from Japan Auto Trading in Jet Park, Boksburg. The first unit received had completely the wrong torque convertor. I informed my salesman, Muhammed, of the problem and asked for the correct torque convertor to be sent to me. I was then told that they could not send another torque convertor until they received the incorrectly supp**** one. I sent back the torque convertor and 2 days later they sent another one which was also incorrect. Then they requested the complete box back so they could supply the correct transmission with matching torque convertor. All this while I incur the courier cost which I was told they would reimburse me for. Eventually after 3 weeks of the original purchase they managed to put together a transmission and torque convertor. Hooray! or so I thought. The unit they supp**** was faulty and my car wouldn't even start. I informed my salesman and told him that I would be returning the unit for refund. Now I'm told that they WILL NOT REFUND ME because I cleaned and painted their piece of s**** metal. Oh and the cherry on top... They are only willing to pay half the courier cost for their comedy of errors. I spoke to a "manager" and received even worse service. Requested for the owner to call me, still waiting. Bottom line I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY. If you would like to be ********** then these are the suppliers for you!
