****, not situated where address shows on invoice, money to be paid for no reason. The owner Johnson said for refund fee I must pay R2950 were as the cancellation fee is 10%, I paid R17825 on 30 June, the cancellation fee is R1782.50, I told Johnson the owner(not sure if he is the owner) to deduct the R1782.50, then he said I must R600 for immediate refund, after he told me the refund takes 30 days, I paid for the engine 30 June 2026, it is day 23 now, and now he comes with more payments after I told Johnson to deduct the 10 % R1782.50 from my payment of R17825. I also send new banking details because my account was changed, then he said there is additional R600 to be paid becuase its a different account, which is BS. I keep on calling him the same number as on the website *** without any answer, and when he answers he ends the call. The website is japanenginesauto.co.za The place is apparently in Vredendal Western cape, 13 Mark st. I also told him I am goin to report his website if he does not refund me, I cant understand how you can pay a bussiness and have to struggle to get a refund, after I told the owner keep the R1782.50 cancellation fee and refund R16042.50 of which I paid R17825. Please feel free to contact me @ ***, I will gladly assist with the person at Japanenginesauto cell nr or any details. I will also remove this as soon as my refund is done.
