Japan Auto Marburg
<p>I went Japan Auto in Port Shepstone, Marburg on Saturday to buy a Toyota yaris T3 left hand side mirror, the Manager gave me the wrong mirror, it was a T2 mirror and a right hand side back cover for the mirror, when I got home to fit it on i see that the mirror is a cheap mirror but I was charged R475 for it and the mirror wasn't fitting nicely and then I realized that the back cover was a right hand side one, and then on Monday I went there for another back cover and they gave me one and the boy that was suppose to fit the mirror on was smelling of alcohol and had a attitude, he walked up and down passing remarks, after that I got home to realize that back cover was wrong again, I had to go back there for the 3rd time and the Manager says I must cum in tomorrow he will sort it out for me, so happens I couldn't make it on Tuesday, I went today which is Thursday, and the Manager was really rude, he said I must go and get someone to take out the other mirror cause they didn't fit it on and then I must come back and they will give me a different mirror, I paid R70 to fit the mirror on, he wants me to pay someone again to remove and fit again, so I said no he needs to do all of that cause I will not pay again for a mistake I never made, so he got his boy to do it, they same boy who was smelling of alcohol on Monday, so the boy starts the job, he just kept on looking at me with an attitude, anyways he took out the door panel and started to fix it, the door pading was pulling out the plastic on the door frame so I told the boy, and he walks in and tells the Manager, so the Manager comes out and says what's wrong, so I told him to see how the pading is pulling out the plastic so I told the boy to put something under so hold it up while he works and his like oh where....so I jumped out and showed him and he says oh now you can stand and HELP THE BOY hold it up,he spoke with such attitude and walked inside and I'm standing there holding this door covering in the sun, WHEN I PAID THE FIRST TIME for someone to fix it why should I be taking all of that if I PAID for something and drove to them with my petrol 4 TRIPS TO GO AND 4 BACK HOME.</p>
