I'd like to share my BAD experience with Japan Auto Trading Boksburg, I spoke to a Megan from this place when I enquired about an engine for my Polo 1.9tdi. She told me it's the last one they had and when I bought the engine it came here in a bad state. Most of the pipes was damaged on the engine and it just looked in a bad state. When my mechanic could finally put the engine in the two week period they give you to check the engine had lapsed ( mind you that is obviously not enough time to check an engine to make sure everything is working. When the mechanic was fitting the engine he noticed that one of the glowplugs would not turn out or in, we called Japan Auto spoke to the owner and he refused too exchange the engine cause the two weeks had lapsed. When i spoke to another agent he said that they had other engines and I was told by Megan when buying that they had the last one. Now I have hardly been driving the car a month later the turbo popped, I know if I call them they will give me long stories, If I knew that this organisation sells busted up engine and gearboxes, I would have never bought the engine with them. Just warning to whoever reads this, I have read all the bad reviews regarding all branches of Japan Auto and its been nothing but bad services rendered. PLEASE DON'T SUPPORT THESE ****** THEY OUT THERE SELLING DAMAGED GOODS AND GETTING RICH FROM OUR MONEY WE WORK SO HARD FOR. I now have to replace the turbo and I have no money to get a new one or refurbished one. Please be careful when you buy from these ******...
