Bad Customers Service

I have been a patient of this doctor for over four years, but my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed and disrespected. During a recent visit, my eyeglass frame was broken while in their care. When I brought this to their attention, they refused to take any responsibility or offer a replacement.

What made matters worse was the doctor's attitude. He looked me directly in the eye and told me that the only solution was for me to purchase a new frame. When I expressed that I was not willing to accept that as the only option, he abruptly ended the conversation and turned away, making it clear he had no further interest in addressing my concerns.

This level of disregard, especially after being a loyal patient for years, is unacceptable. I expected professionalism and accountability—not dismissal and disrespect. I can no longer recommend this practice based on how I was treated.
