YOU PROFITEERING ON COVID19! - LANDROVER South Africa
Dealing wth Lerato Mawela is like pulling out all my teeth with a pliers. Albeit I gave her 2 chances. A 2015 Disco still under warranty until 31 Aug 2020. I call to do the last service on 31 Aug and they don't want to entertain the service warranty as the Care programme ended the previous day. I called at 9am This been though the car was parked in m garage during Covid they didnt feel the kilometres most cars would drive wouldn't warrant servicing, yet they so supportive of CV19 support - utter bull. They are unwilling to offer a 16 hour extension on your Care programme as part of your service plan which was delayed due to Covid 19 and the vehicle therefore doing less kilometres than it should've. The resultant effect profiteering by trying to force me to pay for another service, knowingly that my extended plan (Which hasn't taken effect yet) will lapse. Nice on you JLRSA!
It seems to me that you are looking forward to this elapsing due to me not being able to sort this service issue out with you in time.
Landrover SA's behaviour in this matter is really one of profiteering and the unwillingness to engage means I have to take other avenues to sort this issue out.
