WORST EXPERIENCE - Never buy from Jaguar Menlyn

This was without a doubt the worst experience of my life. The incompetence of the sales executive and the arrogance of the sales manager was shocking. The dealership provided me with an ******* loan vehicle and I got pulled over by a police officer. The sales manager was so condescending. The sales manager informed me that I can bring the vehicle back and that I can cancel the contract. The next day he informed me that I am liable for cancellation costs and then suddenly he emailed me and stated that I must come and collect the vehicle and the contract cannot be cancelled. He made empty promises and I am now stuck with a substandard vehicle.
