WORST EXPERIENCE - Never buy from Jaguar Menlyn

I have never been treated this bad in my entire life. From the sales executive to the dealer principle. I bought a pre-owned Renault from Jaguar Land Rover Menlyn. The dealer principle Barney Lambrecht informed me that he would not have treated me this bad if I bought a more expensive vehicle. There was empty promises made on the delivery date of the vehicle. The sales person did not have a clue about the features of the vehicle. I complained that the vehicle did not have any power when going uphill and then the dealer principle said that I must just adjust my driving style to the lack of power of the vehicle. Mr. Lambrecht informed me that I can cancel the contract and that they will refund me in full as the vehicle was not on standard. Then he emailed me stating that the bank helds me responsible for the cancellation of the contract and that I must carry all cost relating to the cancellation.

Never buy from this dealership.
