Unreliable and terrible customer service at Land Rover East Rand

I traded my Golf 7 GTi for a Range Rover evoque dynamic on the 30 March 2016. Unfortunately I forgot my belongings on the car. When I realised at home I called Klaas Morake, the sales person who assisted me. He confirmed that he saw them and they are in his possession. I requested him to send a driver to drop them off to me and he cited that there are no available drivers who van come to me at Roodepoort, Johannesburg. I told him I'll come around when I get a chance and he must keep them safe for me.

When I went to the dealership on the 18 June 2016 I was told that Klaas no longer works there. I was assisted by Ian Lombard who called him and asked him about the items. He directed him where he will find them. Ian looked around and finally found them. The cos and green cross vouchers to the value of R1500 were missing. When I called him he told me that he left everything there and he didn't leave well at the dealership. He was disturbed and couldn't call me to notify me.

Ian advised me that Henry van Rensburg the manager was not available due to training and he'll only be back on Monday the 23 June 2016 and he'll pass my message to him and he'll call me then. I received no call from the dealership until I decided to call and it was then tha Henry called me.

I explained everything to him and he requested that I send him an e-mail with all the information. I did that and he responded to me that he didn't have any knowledge about my belongings, only Klaas knew about them, but he'll talk to Birgit Sabina the principal dealer and he'll give me the feedback. The following day he e-mailed me and told me that the dealership is not responsible for lost or ****** items.

Secondly, the car I bought from them had a navigator problem which they were aware of and when I made a follow up on it I was taken from pillar to post up until I went to Land Rover Constantia Kloof where I was assisted to sort out that problem.

Lastly, the car I traded in was used by someone before it was removed from my name. I have unpaid e toll bills that were accumulated from the 31 March 2016 to 25 May 2016. I informed Henry about them and he told me to e-mail them to him, of which I did. I got no response again, up until I drove and went to him on the 25 June 2016 and he advised me that they'll be paid up and he will send me the proof of payment. The very next day he e-

mailed me and told me that I must bring the original copies of the bills so that they can settle them and I asked him why he didn't mention that to me while I was there and he couldn't give me an explanation, except that he didn't know. Up to this far he hasn't contacted me in any way to make a follow up. I'm the one who has to run after this dealership. I'm sick and tired of this bad service and I'm urgently demanding speedy and positive resolution to all of the above.
