THUMBS UP JAGUAR LAND ROVER SA

I was misled by a company who test my Land Rover`s shock absorbers and consequently ordered a set of front shock mountings through Jaguar Land Rover`s agent in Bloemfontein so that the parts can be replaced. When the parts arrived Speedy in Bloemfontein stripped to replace the mountings but discovered that there was nothing wrong with the mountings.I returned to Jaguar Land Rover in Bloemfontein to return the parts and be re-funded but I was told by Dylan(sales agent) that they cannot take the parts back nor refund me. I then contacted Jaguar Land Rover SA and they assisted me to the extend that I could return the parts to the Bloemfontein agency and be refunded. Im disappointed with the way the Bloemfontein agency dealt with my request for return and refunding BUT THUMBS -UP for Jaguar Land Rover SA. THANK YOU FOR THEIR ASSISTANCE
