THEFT OF RIMS FROM DEALERSHIP

I'm extremely unhappy with the outcome of the current situation of the outstanding original rims and tyres that was purchased with my brand new Range Rover Evoque from Land Rover The Glen in December 2015.<br> To date these have not been delivered to me with the excuse that these have been ****** from the Land Rover (The Glen) premises. According to Filipe Carvalhal, who advised me, that after consultation with the Dealer Principal Calvin Watkins of Land Rover (The Glen), that they are unable to replace the original rims and tyres and they further stated that the loss is for my account, whereby I needed to claim from my insurance.<br> To me this is unacceptable, inspite of numerous interactions with Michael Ormerod requesting for the rims and tyres to be delivered to me since the beginning of this year. I have been promised several times that delivery was imminent.<br> Please see below the sequences of events:<br> o The deal to purchase a new Range Rover Evoque was concluded in December 2015.<br> o Upon the purchase it was agreed upon that my new set of Khans rims will be fitted onto the vehicle and the original rims will be kept safe until I arrive in January where I will have them delivered to me.<br>
