TERRIBLE SERVICE & MISMANAGEMENT OF ASSET -JAGUAR CENTURION

On 17.1.2021 took my Jaguar XF for service & reported possible battery defects. Battery & other tests were done & I was told all is well. On 18th, car just went dead, wouldn't start. Called Jaguar & was told to get someone to jumpstart it or tow at my cost & it could be attended to on 23rd. Decided to take it in on 23rd. An insurance service provider jump started the car but couldn't get other things to work. This service provider (tow service) advised that Jaguar should check battery terminal which seemed to be loose. By some miracle I got the car to Jaguar Centurion & reported battery defect as per tow service advice. Jaguar discovered that the battery terminal was indeed loose but charged me +R1500 for diagnostics for something that I (layperson) suspected and reported on 17th and again on 23rd (tow service). Car stayed for 2 days, what's worse whilst under their control, my car was involved in an accident. A car with sensors and all, Jaguar driver bumped it.
