Shocking Service!

I took my RR Sport to LR Bedfordv for a service on the 18.03. I advised that my vehicle is hard and noisy, and requested they fix my boot as it doesn't close properly [I distinctly asked them to do this properly as I had the same issue with my previous Evoque and had to take it back multiple times, as I don't have the time to bring it back as I run a company and travel extensively]. They offered wheel alignm at a cost, which I agreed. When collecting my vehicle the service adviser talked me through the job card, she was very efficient and friendly and everything seemed fine. The next morning I opened my boot to load luggage and it would again not close properly ie. they clearly did not take the trouble to test it after they \apparently"fixed the issue. The vehicle pulls heavily to the left"
