"Replacement of worn front & rear brake pads in less than 6 months after buying a car"

Hi there

I have a few concerns or issues to raise. I bought a 2013 Range Rover Evouque last year November month @ Landrover N1 City

Currently I'm sitting with a major problem of replacing my front and rear brake pads and wipers, bought the car in November month 2018 at 87551kms-101911 and only driven about 14 360kms and boom the brakes needs to be replaced in less than 5months. My bonnet paint looks more like a car that was in an accident, paint is chipping off and I've reported the matter to Shaun in April month and nobody has come back to me yet. Its kind of looking foolish and clumsy already driving a top of the range car from Land Rover that I'm still going to pay for the next 5years with paint chipping off from the car.

I guess I'm just on the bad side, because I really don't understand why I was never told about the *POWER UP PLAN & THE SERVICE BOOSTER ON DATE OF PURCHASE* I mean those were the major insurances to grab before anything especially for wear and tear items. Now only when I'm experiencing problems with the car that has been 6 months less in my hands, with a lot to replace I'm being told I should have taken the policies. How would I have known if not told, I don't even recall given a list of them all knowing they were most important. I'm raising my concern now and am just not happy at all about the service I'm receiving from the dealer.

I wrote to Landrover SA and they have since told me to cover up the replacement costs myself, stating the brakes had no guarantee and @ the time of handing over the vehicle to me e everything was checked and passed the MPI check, however stating as well they were last to me till the next service, which the 1st service is only in October and the miles I've done thus far are not even near to half of the service.
