Reluctance to Refund

I've been requesting my refund for a deposit of a car that I do not want anymore. The dealership took me from pillar to post when I demanded my refund. This is very frustrating and I'm contemplating taking legal steps against the dealership. They are just so inefficient and operate their business like a "****a shop".
