PR Officer AWOL? And Fores**** Cape Town Dealership Dazed and confused

This is seriously the Joke of the year!!

These people!!

Kindly read my previous review on these people and our experience with them. Dreadful situation..

After following Jaguar LandRover SA advice to contact the Ombudsman regarding their Semi conscious staff and inferior quality parts supp**** at superior quality price.

SO GUESS WHAT??

OMBUDSMAN / CONSUMERS Office contacted me and compaining about exact same issue I have been dealing with since 2018.

THEY FAIL TO ANSWER ANYTHING! NO E MAILS NO PHONE CALLS...NOTHING!!

REALLY? They arrogantly told me at last visit to *****ership "We are a multi billion Rand company" In fact its very hard to tell judging on these people's abilities to do a job competently!

DID THEY REALLY THINK IGNORING THE ISSUE AND THE OMBUDSMAN IS GOING TO HELP THEIR SITUATION AT ALL?

LAUGH OUT LOUD!!! Like issue will go away by itself...perhaps like a phone call if you ignore it long enough it will eventually stop?

Ombudsman called me to tell me that these people cant get back to them at all, they never available to speak to him, do not reply on e mails sent, Nothing, on multiple attempts by Ombudsman. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?

But no worries the Ombudsman advised me that they see exactly what they doing and understands the entire case as its pretty self explanatory by the proof submitted by me and to what they doing now! Or trying to do!

How lovely!

Possible Causes?

# Public Relations Officer deceased? # Infected by Covid 19 and on ventilator so making it unable to reply? # Never actually studied PR and just ended up in position by chance? # On AWOL perhaps? # Simply doesn't know what to say? # Brain Tumor? But haven't scheduled at CT Scan yet?

I can go on all night to wonder..
