PATHETIC SERVICE

I ordered parts from Land Rover East Rand branch on the on the 8th of August 2018. Due to one part that couldnt be found in SA, i waited to receive the order till the 1st of September 2018 and was told that the balance of the part that couldnt be sourced would be refunded back the following Tuesday or Wednesday the 4th and 5th of September respectively. I have made several attempts to get this done to no avail. All they do when i call or mail is lie after lie. If its not the FNB system down then its just waiting for authorization from God knows who, Pathetic service received.
