Ongoing arrogance from Landrover SA

A second cracked tappet cover at 132 000km on a Discovery 4, and seems to be a manufacturing fault. Dealer's mechanic says should never happen. R30k to fix...and dealer (East London) nor Landrover SA won't entertain one rand from their infamous "goodwill out-of-warranty" fund which will only pay out <125 000kms...which was the case of my previous claim, but they move the goalposts to suit their narrative . They claim their best intentions at all times but read this as pure arrogance. A dedicated landy fan of 23 years with only one landrover remaining ....a small goodwill gesture would have gone a long way. ..... Ongoing disappointed ex-landrover fan......the vehicle is superb....but dealerships are useless.

Their response is the same empty rhetoric in a feeble reply from Client Services.
Customer service and satisfaction is clearly not in JLRSA's mission statement. Pity as their vehicles are great. However after-sales service is as important as choosing the right car, especially for repeat buyers (which I will not be).
