LAND ROVER unable to provide manufacturers certificate for vehicles older than 10 years

I have been receiving what appears to be automated responses from Land Rover for the past two months as follows "19 Apr 2023, 11:52 Dear Karen, We apologize for the delay in response. Your request was escalated to a Case Manager for assistance. We can confirm that your Case Manager is currently working on the letter you requested and will revert back to you. Regards, Land Rover South Africa."

I started my request on 22 March 2023, and we are well on our way to 3 months since I started my request for a manufacturer's certificate which this giant of a business is unable to provide me with. The lip service also is clearly untrue, which points to their lack of interest in assisting vehicle owners with "old" cars. Since using this platform, Land Rover has not once contacted me to let me know how far they are in assisting me with a manufacturer's certificate. The vehicle was first produced in 1984 but sadly the registration papers reflect first licensing as 1954 and make as Rover. All I am asking is for registration and make to be corrected but this giant Land Rover is struggling to help me correct this. How is this possible?
