Land Rover Nelspruit another disappointment

<p>I arranged with them well in advance to have the breakpads replaced on my Discovery. I explained that I live 2 hours away, and was informed that it would take about 3 hours.</p> <p>They dropped us off at the local shopping center after we delivered the vehicle off at 8h10. At 11h30 I called to ask if the vehicle was ready & was informed that it was in the wash bay & that it would be ready at 13h00.</p> <p>I called at 12h30 to ask them to collect us & was informed that they had not installed the breakpads yet as they had to wash the vehicle first. </p> <p>This is totally unacceptable!</p> <p>A 1 hour job was not even started after the vehicle had been there for over 4 hours!</p> <p>Unfortunately this was not the first time this level of service was delivered by Land Rover Nelspruit. </p>
