Land Rover N1 city has treated me with no respect and condosending attitude

The experience I have had with Land Rover N1 city just leaves a bitter taster in my mouth. I don’t even know were to begin since the day my car went into that dealership it’s been one story after another. My car went in to their dealership on the 29/01 and for 2 weeks I was stranded with out a car. Finally when I complained on the 12/02 they got me a hired car on the 13/03. I am sick and tired of the attitude I got from those people to top it up the message the manager sent me on Friday just made things worse. I am appalled at this type of behavior by this dealership as this is not the first time. N1 city told me they can’t cancel the key set they ordered after I told them I found the keys on 2/2/ as the whole process was in progress and kvm in transit. I waited with no car to move around and run my normal life I had to beg for lifts while my car was with them. The worst is just how I was not made a deserving customer maybe this is due to the color of my skin I am not sure. Now all of a sudden they come back to me to say they can reprogram the keys . So I must drop my life and go drop keys on Friday after I couldn’t drop the keys they send me a message that if I don’t bring back the car by Monday by midday I will pay for it . As if I don’t want to return the car and why if they so badly wanted the keys didn’t they send a driver to pick them up. Why now all of a sudden can they reprogram whereas at first they couldn’t? Who is not doing their job here? Why am I treated like a beggar for a car that I own and a nobody. Why didn’t they reprogram my keys on 2/2 when I told them? I am just left with so many questions and very disgusted at how I was treated. I also want my car back but I will not take back a car that has not been properly seen to for what it was booked in for. Should N1 city leave me in the lurch again I will report this treatment to the ombudsman. Treat me fairly with respect and don’t think you are doing me a favor Land rover N1 city. And I don’t appreciate threatening messages from the manager like the one sent today.
