Land Rover Discovery 4 Gearbox Malfunction

Land Rover South Africa refuse to honour the Consumer Protection Act. I bought a brand new (2015) Land Rover Discovery 4 SE form Land Rover Constantia Kloof and it has already had three defects: the roof was rattling, the sunroof was rattling and the gearbox malfunctioned. I have requested a replacement vehicle in terms of the CPA, but Jaguar Land Rover South Africa refuse to abide by the law. I have no recourse but to file a formal complaint with the National Consumer Tribunal. Don't buy Land Rover!
