Land Rover After Sales Service on part
Bought a Taillamp from Land Rover East Rand. When fitted noticed the lamp is leaking and gets water in (same day). Land Rover wants us to take the vehicle to the nearest dealer (300km away) for inspection before they can refund us or replace the Taillamp. Refers us to Motor Industry Ombudsman to resolve the issue. After paying R7104.39 + VAT, we find this unacceptable and bad service.
