Jaguar XF break squeal - Not resolved for 3 years.

For the passed 3 years, my car has been having intermittent annoying break squeal. Non of the Jaguar Service Centers has been able to assist me. This includes, Midrand (which closed down), Sandton and Centurion branch. The worst part is that the service consultant has told that there is nothing they can do about it. The break squeal will keep coming back because of the material used by the manufacturer????? I refuse to agree with this. The consultant's name is Dasheel Thulsi (Centurion Branch). Clearly this means I should not purchase another Jaguar !!!!! This is absurd.
