Jaguar Service

I had my 2008 X type serviced at Jaguar. This is the 45000 km service. I request the shock to be replaced as well as the normal service. Requested them to do the wheel alignment as there was work done on the suspension.<br> I received my car back and noticed there was no charge for wheel alignment. Reply was not needed to be done. Drove off with the car and noticed the steering wheel was way off center. When back and spoke to the workshop manager to find out if they ever did a test drive and his reply was, yes. I told him then something seriously wrong if you do not notice it and you must be blind. They took the car in and did the wheel alignment. POOR service like this I never experienced before and this was not the fist time. December last year they replaced the other shock and I had to take the car back to fit the brake pipe as it was not secured in its place. I think they need to go to Toyota to train how to do a service. With a labour rate like this and dressed like surgeons I expect more.<br> <br>
