Jaguar Landrover terrible service

<p>When you purchase a vehicle from a reputable dealer you expect great service. This however is not the case. Upon viewing the said vehicle and upon sale of the vehicle I was told that the vehicle had run flat tyres. This was not true as upon collection of the vehicle it was discovered that not only were there no run flat tyres on the vehicle but there was a problem with the wheels that was on the vehicle this resulted in me as the client having to take a vehicle that was supposed to have passed pre inspection from BMW stating that everything on the vehicle is perfect,for balancing and alignment on the day I collected the vehicle from Landrover. Bearing in mind that this vehicle does not have a spare wheel. After taking the vehicle to a fitment center to do the balancing and alignment, it was discovered that not only were the alloy wheels not refurbished as promised but the tyres were replaced incorrectly resulting in damage to the tyres. The salesman then made arrangements with my husband to collect the vehicle to replace the tyres. Assuming it would be replaced with run flats as was sold to us, just to be dissapointed to find out that only two tyres were replaced with normal tyres and a 17 inch wheel was placed in the boot as a spare. I have had it with Landrover and am now looking at canceling my purchase of the vehicle it has not even been 5 days since I have had the vehicle and have had endless problems with the vehicle from day one. To me it seems that landrover has no concern for my safety and that of my family. I expect a response regarding this issue as I am now looking at not going forth with this purchase.</p>
