Jaguar Landrover SA, somethings not kosher

Was thinking of buying the Jaguar F pace svr. Vehicle was sitting on the showroom floor, even discussed cosmetic changes. Ready to sign then they dropped the bomb JLR Rustenburg made a trade in offer on our current vehicle 25% less than the book trade in value. Only R**** !! I'm still shocked, a loyal customer of 12 years was basically told, oh well that's it ! So what can we learn from this incident. That JLR South Africa, does not have the financial resources to compete in the market any longer. Or they do not have faith in there own ability to sell thier brand. Really a sad state of affairs. To compound the situation I have been offered full market trade in from a rival company.
