Jaguar Land Rover Waterford

I have 2 issues with JLR dealer and consumer complaints department. I took my car to JLR Waterford for brake and disc change because they were making noise which they charged R110000 for them.I went and took the car as they were done however the brake noise was still thereby then took the car back for them to check and fix the issue.They admitted that they did not follow instructions after the installed the brakes and it was the first time they fitted those type of brakes.They called for me to come fetch the car and promising that the issue is resolved I drove the car 6km and the brakes were still making the noise I took the car back and they checked and promised again that the matter was resolved.Fast forward the car is still making brake noise and it's so uncomfortable also seeing how much the brakes costs but the service does not match the amount.I am stuck with a car that has noisy brakes and it seems like JLR Waterford cannot assist. JLR SA doesn't care about it's customers and we spend so much money supporting their business.
