Jaguar Land rover south africa is THE WORST

I have had endless problems with the JLSA Westrand AND their head office. We sent our car var in for a service to JL West RAND and again we got the car back with something els that requires work. An software update was required. The car went in and then the warning lights where not working. All it kept saying is "Charge SYSTEM FAULT" . TOOK IT BACK FOR A THIRD TIME TO BE TOLD THE CAR NEEDS A NEW ENGINE. COMPLAINED to JAGUAR LAND ROVER SOUTH AFRICA HEAD OFFICE Via phone on the 6th, 13th and 20th Jan and then a mail sent on the 22 Jan. Still no joy, although they contacted me last week Thursday 28th Jan 22 at about16H15. STILL NO JOY
