Jaguar Land Rover at N1 City, Cape Town SA, exceeds expectations of Service

My friend was driving a Jeep Cherokee, given to her by her boyfriend to use, started making funny noises, and a part fell off. My Friend stopped and found a roundish cap and *****s under the car. Collecting all bits and pieces, we knew this could be serious. We knew Land Rover at N1 City, Cape Town, South Africa, was a kilometer away. We stopped at Jaguar Land Rover South Africa, N1 City, and asked to speak to the Service Manager, just to get an opinion on whether we could drive the car further. Mr. Fanie Coetzee, the Service Manager, advised us that the part is the cover for the prop shaft and will cause serious damage if the car is used further. Mr. Fanie Coetzee was professional and friendly. He offered that we could leave the car at the workshop, and exceeded our expectations of assistance, also offering his assistance to liaise with the owner to collect the vehicle.
