Jaguar depreciation

My 2 year old Jaguar XE 2d Prestige which is still brand new has depreciate from R712 000.00 (purchase price) to R295 000.00, a staggering R417 000.00 in 24 months or R17 374.00 per month. I tried to talk to a senior person in Jaguar but one is only restricted to speak with customer care whom not even understand the term depreciation. Not even BMW or Mercedes depreciate nearly as much. Please warn potential Jaguar buyers. I will never buy a Jaguar again. Their slogan should not be "Art of Performance " but rather "The art of Depreciation"
