Jaguar are the most ********* bunch of people I have ever experienced
Whatever you do, don't buy a Jaguar! They are the most ********* bunch I have ever dealt with. I had to have my Turbo Charger replaced before my car had even hit 76,000 KMs. It was replaced by a registered dealer with authentic Jaguar parts, less than two months ago. The part or the workmanship was faulty, which caused my entire engine to fail. Now Jaguar are telling me I have to pay for the damaged engine myself. They won't cover their own parts or workmanship, and the consequential damage it caused. Their own admission as to why my engine failed, and I quote "We have carried out further diagnosis and found that the turbo charger is the cause of failure due to the impeller bearing and seal failure allowing oil to bypass turbo charger and get sucked up into the induction system causing engine failure, Due to turbo charger failure subsequential damages to engine, DPF, charge air cooler, PCV valve and exhaust system is full of oil.". Their turbo blew up my engine, and I must pay!!!!!!!!!
