it took landrover hour plus to help

I was on my way home from Namibia to RSA when i got a blow out on my brand knew land rover discovery,when i try to put my spare wheel on i didn`t know how to take it off,then i caled roadside asist,first they ask me for my vin nr,.they told me it is not on the system,they have to register me first.i TOLD THEM please to hurry up,`im going to be late for the border,but she told me she have to send out a car to come and help me,i was very cross about it,after an hour pluss they told me how to take the spare off.in the meantime i got the border,it was to late for me to get thrue.I had to sleep in front of the gates till 6 the nect morning....now i hate landrover
