INCOMPENTANT MANAGER

To :- Land Rover South Africa Part 1/2 Att :- Morake Irene 1) I am very dissatisfied LR SA to conclude with a statement that I have signed the job card so there is no case against Mc Carthy Land Rover Durban. 2) There was no transparency and justification in your judgement from you with regards to the time and dates that led to me not being communicated with appropriately. You did not comment on the two statements made by Mc Carthy Land Rover Durban manager Mr. Wayn Momsen. 2.1 One statement clearly indicates that THE FAULT ELECTRONICALLY WAS RECORDED ON THE VEHICLE WHEN IT ARRIVED. 2.2 The other statement states that the AIRBAG LIGHT CAME ON AFTER THE ROAD TEST JUST AFTER 15H00. 3) During the conference call I did mention THE POOR WORKMANSHIP DONE on my vehicle when the bottom cover fell off on the ever busy N1 highway north just before Midrand. I had to endanger my life not to mention other motorist as well to pull over and pick the cover. LR Midrand confirmed that the cover was not secured properly when the turbo pipe was replaced. Is the service manager checking all repairs before handing over the vehicle to your customers? 4) My wife and I were accused of speaking lies when we made a statement that (the lady in the service department said that the car came in with the air bag light). This statement was denied by the lady that did my booking. 5) Is a faulty airbag sign not an important issue for the customer to be informed off? Is the customers life not considered to be important to LR? When the airbag issue was discovered, why was I not informed immediately so something could be arranged at that time and not when a customer comes in to collect the vehicle? 6) There was no positive communication between the service manager and the lady that did my booking. They failed in informing me timeously of a life threatening feature that was not working on my vehicle. There was no professionalism from the manager to his assistant. 7) It is noted that you are not taking the customers safety into consideration and the fact there was poor communication from the manager and his assistant. The fact that I signed the job card after 17h00 hours when there was no service manager on the premises to help me with the problem that I have, my legal representative has informed me that my complaint will not be recognised although I was not communicated timeously of my problem. Land Rover SA, I am very disappointed with Mc Carthy Land Rover Durban service manager. I will never recommend LR Durban to anyone. Mc Carthy Land Rover Durban dealings are *********.

Part 2/2 Please note that there is an imposter that is calling from a cell phone number ***. He claims that he is the manager at Landrover SA and he is going to resolve my issues with regards to my complaints. He asks about the problem with Wayn Momsen and also the service warranty of my vehicle. This conversation happen on the 07 July 2019 at 12h04. The imposter said that he will have my vehicle repaired by LR SA. He then called at 12h16 to tell me that he will call back to confirm the repair date and LR dealership. The imposter never called again. I did call LR SA and spoke to Oteng on the 07 July 2019 at about 16h00. She said that there is no record of anyone that has contacted me from LR SA. Oteng was to confirm if there was any conversation with Wayn Momsen and the *** number and she will get back to me on Monday 10 June 2019 as the Durban dealership was closed. Unfortunately I was not contacted. I had to call in on 12 July 2019 at 08h15 and ask if there was any feedback and still no answer. At 9h06, I was contacted by Oteng and was informed that Wayn Momsen will call me to confirm any conversation with the above mentioned number. Today is the 13 June 2019 and I have no response. Please investigate this matter. This imposter will be doing injustice to LR clients and LR SA will be getting a bad reputation. In my opinion there is some connection between Wayn Momsen and this imposter.
