********** Service Received from Jaguar Land Rover Centurion

What ********** customer service that we have received from the Centurion branch. I am beyond words, have been in and out of the branch for vehicle repairs of a 2017 Discovery Sport, with the last instance of it having gone in since 13th December 2022. and guess what, it is still there. No communication, false promises, won't even mention just how nonchalant their consultant Ronel is. Truly disappointed at the level of service for what I truly believed was supposed to be a good and reliable brand. Never again and would surely advise everyone never to consider this brand again! Cannot wait to get rid of the car, if only we could get some feedback on when it will be back! Oh, we were also promised a car in the interim because of how long this is taking, till today, nothing!
