False promise

<p>I was bumped by an employee of Land Rover last year October. When I went to Land Rover, a group of men came to have a look and they promised to fix it and replace my bumper with a new one. After 4 months of waiting, I finally got called in to take my car in and get it fixed. A week later I went to fetch my car and it was not fixed. I feel I was undermined because I am a young black female and they thought they could get away with it.</p>
