Failed to fix problem

I left my car at your garage for service and requested to check a problem with the car over and above the regular service. I collected the car where I was told what was done to fix the problem. However, the problem is still there.<br> <br> I was charged for the additional repair but in the end nothing was fixed and nothing was done to rectify this.<br> I contacted Head Office at Jaguar Land Rover to escalate the matter and I have yet to receive any feedback.<br>
