Exceptionally helpful

<p>I was purchasing a Landrover from a dealership in Dbn but wanted to check some details on the vehicle with another dealership just to confirm that all was ok. I got through to Alicia Hattingh from the Servicing department who was incredibly helpful. She answered all my questions and even sent me some details to ease my mind. She then transferred me to the Sales Manager (I think his name is Prakesh) who assisted me with other queries that I had on the vehicle specs etc. I believe they went over and beyond the extra mile to help me when I was not even purchasing a car from their dealership. It's not much but I am so grateful to you both and inspired to know that their are still people around who are concerned with customer care. Well done Landrover Vereeniging. I'll definately look to purchase from you the next time around because of people like Alicia and Prakesh. </p>
