EXCELLENT SERVICE JAGUAR LAND ROVER DURBAN

People are always critical about poor service delivery from the various sectors of our economy and it is understandable, since we have all encountered this, and it is a known fact, that service has dropped drastically and is rather pathetic and virtually non-existent in certain sectors. However, the general public are very reluctant to compliment when they receive GOOD service. I have, through the years, had many experiences with the retail motor industry and most have not been worthy of a compliment. I am very passionate and own various makes of cars. I do have to commend and compliment Jaguar Land Rover ,Durban. I have been servicing my vehicles at this dealership for more than ten years (10) and the service has always been excellent, 10/10. There were instances I had complained when I was unhappy, and they accommodated me and pointed out that they valued feedback from the customer and were glad to rectify.

I have to praise and congratulate their dealer principal, Mr Andre Schrenk who is worthy of heading this dealership. Personally I found that he is a very professional and approachable individual and willing to listen to staff and customers alike despite his busy schedule. Sir, this is a quality that many dealerships lack and I have been to many dealerships. It is because of you, that your staff is so motivated to appease the customers. The service advisor whom I have been with since his appointment at this dealership, Mr Mike Alston Stewart has always been exceptional. I am so satisfied with this dealership that I travel from Johannesburg to Durban to service and repair my vehicles. I have even referred many of my colleagues and friends to this dealership due to their excellent service. Many have purchased vehicles here and are continuing to service at this dealership and have thanked me. I also found out recently from my son that he was running late and might be a few minutes late for the parts department closing time and he called and they waited for him. This was very accommodating since they knew he was travelling from far. This dealership, from their Dealer Principal through service advisors and parts are exceptional and rare to find. Mr Andre Schrenk, you have a great team .Many dealerships have to advertise for business but every satisfied customer will bring in more new customers as first hand experience is the best advert. To the Dealer Principal and staff, keep up the good work that you are doing so passionately. My gratitude and best wishes for this world class dealership.
