DISGUSTING SERVICE AND BRAND MANAGEMENT - The car sold to me was a DEFECT to start with!

I bought a Land Rover from Midrand and Guess what - after receiving the car in May / June, this car was then handed back to range due to the fact that the Battery was draining and minor issues, like water pump being replaced once and the busting again.... from July or so this car has been with Range Midrand. After which I never received any feedback from them. i was then told in September or so... that the engine was blown OMG - how on earth did this happen when the car was not even in my possession? From then i was promised my Car to be returned to me in December whereas they where replacing the engine, only to come to know later that they refurbished the engine... anyway... after FINALLY getting the car back in Feb 2018 20th to be exact, my husband almost breaks down on a long distance trip with this car as the engine or something was giving up... he literally had to drive 40km to get home... When he got home with the car., it literally drive like a tractor - the whole car was moving and shaking like it was about to fall into pieces. Now From March 2018 - my car again was at Range Midrand and apparently after they did a check an technicians was called to take the engine, a Valve was bent... Lets think about this clearly 1. Was this a defected Vehicle that was sold to me 2. After 2 months the car was sent to Range and it took them 7 months to redo or refurbish the engine on the car 3. On receipt again for 3 week of having this car, it breaks down again 4. Again another 2 months spent at Range Midrand 5. From May to June (2 months with me) July to Feb (7 months - at Range) Feb (3 weeks with me) March to April (2 Months - at Range). I have been paying 11 months for a car which i have had for literally 2 months and 3 weeks.... What a brilliant Brand this is and what a superb level of service i got? No feedback; No updates; No call backs; the Cherry on top is when Alan Burton the CEO even threatens me with Legal Action.... I still await for that, as I dont have a car that i been paying for STILL!!!!
