Courtesy Car - Lack Of!

The Jaguar Mobility promise says, "If your vehicle is with us for more than two days, we will automatically offer you a Courtesy Car." My car has been in for three days, and will likely be in over the weekend yet, but they won't give me a courtesy car. Jaguar has a different interpretation on the word "automatic" to the rest of us. Very disappointing.
