COMPLETELY SHOCKING EXPERIENCE

From driving down the small road that leads into the dealership, which was totally unkept, ****s and over grown grass everywhere. Then getting to the main gate, which took forever because the security couldn't get the ID scanner to work & then allow the que to flow. No direction as to traffic flow, causing congestion at the entrance. Nobody available to assist clients requiring service. Insufficient directional signage, no stock of parts required, staff not stationed at their posts, so I had to walk around to find someone that could assist, attitude of staff, poor & lack luster, general maintenance & hygiene of dealership extremely poor. Sewerage running in the parking lot. The first and definitely the absolute last time I will ever go to the Land Rover Midrand dealership (next to the shell gas station on New Road).
