CAR WENT FOR SERVICE April still not back&damaged

We took the car in for the 40 000 km service nearly 5 weeks ago. We got it back after 3 Weeks -damaged and they were hiding the fact that they bumped in the front light and fender on front passenger side. The dealer principal never offered me a loan car but offered to take the car to the panel beaters . I waited another week and after promising to bring back i waited another 2 days. Once i received the car , it had a shudder , load noise and limited driving ability. The car had a warning sign saying \ limited driving"and could not drive faster than 40 km / hour. They took it back and after another week i still do not have the car back. I incurred costs of taxi fees with Uber and lost a lot of business not being able to drive to clients. I still have never been offered a loan car. All we were told is that a hose cracked and that they dont have the part and have to order from another dealer. I still do not have a report back if the car is fixed. Getting the car back even in the next 24 hours is not acceptable without compensation for losses occured. I want the dealer to keep the car and settle the bank. I don't want the car back! They have been named DEALER OF THE YEAR!-Suzette """
