Can Someone Please Help Me?

My son worked for the East Rand Mall dealership in 2015 and got injured on duty - Now 3 years later he received an sms saying:-

JAGUAR LAND ROVER EA. Please call DMP Attorneys on ********** wrt your doctors account failure to do so will result on further legal action Ref RVRP100261

I called the dealership and the lady I spoke to said that the company does not work with IOD's. The member are being given forms which the doctor has to complete and submit. The laywers has just called me back saying this is not the case. The dealership was suppose to register that claim immediately. This happened in June 2015.

Can someone please come back to me as to what the correct procedure is as according to the lady at the East Rand Mall dealership they have nothing to do with IOD's which I find very strange as I would image that the company must register something as serious as this straight away. I have been trying to call several people without any luck.

Could someone be kind enough as to come back to me.
