BREACH OF CONSUMER RIGHTS

Due to timelines and dealership failing to meet the stipulated timelines, I incurred additional costs. I reside in KZN and purchased the Jaguar that was not ready for collection on time. On the day of delivery, it was noted that the rear lock, remote batteries and noise from the back of the car were issues listed on the contract folder. The dealership agreed to have this sorted out at Jaguar in DBN. I informed Supergroup and the dealership of this problem. Driving down to Durban the noise at the back of the car got louder, I check the wheelbearings and also tyre. Supaquick gave me a report that the car had high low spots causing the sound. I reported this to the dealership, they informed me that the tyres were changed and its now my responsibility. I reported this within the cooling off period and within 21 days. Jaguar service to clients and obligation to assist is not professional. They sell you a car with defects, note it and then do not want to assist. I will NEVER AGAIN BUY OR SUPPORT JAGUAR OR SUPERGROUP DEALERSHIPS. Its now more that 39 days and no one from customer care returned my call since they said it will be investigated! A PUBLIC ******* !!
