Bad service response

I have dropped my car for checks . Quote on all issues , and fix three weeks ago. I have called all week this I get no response and finally getting through the manager yday he promised there will b a call back yday nothing till today it's been three weeks with no car no plan of action with defined time lines from the dealer Sandton
