Bad bad policy

i have a Range Rover Evoque so they don't have a service warning on the computer they write it on a plastic sticker <br> and stick it on your windscreen due to this high tech(sarcy) form of reminding you to go for service ,i went over service mileage by 3000 km so i got charged for service. Never in all the years of owning cars including company cars has this happened but even worse than that when i called to complain to Dealership the workshop manager was not in and the dealer principle was away for the day at 9am than after calling land rover South Africa I was told they could not help me ( this was customer services ) i insisted on speak to a manager and after speaking to manager i was assured by the so called manager that someone from dealership would call BACK and she should would as well, guess what still waiting i was warned do not buy there products bad bad arrogant attitude I was also told land rover UK decided not to put the service warning in there cars to SA
