Additional problem not fixed

I took my car in to Land Rover Sandton for a service and requested that they check for a problem with the car over and above the service. After collecting the car from service, the wheel valve caps were missing and the wheels were pumped with too much air. They replaced parts to resolve the additional problem but the problem was not resolved. <br> <br> I was charged an exorbitant amount for the service with the added cost of the additional repair which was not resolved. I contacted Sandton Landrover many times and the Head Office at Jaguar Land Rover to escalate the matter. They did not even bother to call back.
