Very unprofessional

I listened my property for rent with Jack Russell estate, they had found a tenant and not corresponded with myself that the tenant had paid a deposit and signed a contract. I ended up dealing directly with the new tenant after commission has been paid to Jack Russell estate, I’m still waiting for the signed copy of the contract. The new tenant hasn’t received all the paperwork from Jack Russell estate themselves. Once the new tenants moved into the property there has been no correspondence with David Greet the agent and no feedback from Jack Russell estate. Messages from myself and the new tenant are still awaiting feedback. The company is very unprofessional and not pleasant to deal with.
